Brittany has always had a love for working with dogs, and began her career with animals at a doggie daycare while still in high school. Just after graduating from high school, she became a vet tech while opening her very own successful dog sitting business.
Soon after Brittany found her passion in dog training as she worked alongside the local county jail to train K9's for the department. Over the last 9 years she has learned from, and worked with, well known dog trainers from Colorado to Texas. In early 2022, she earned her Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed Certification (CPDT-KA) then her Fear Free Certified Professional (FFCP).
Brittany was inspired by her opportunity to work with some of the best dog training professionals in both the Denver and Houston areas, and her goal is to take that knowledge and experience she has gained to help those closer to her home in Pearland.

Meet Jennifer
Jennifer , “Jay”, is from the mountains of Colorado, where she grew up observing and learning animal behaviors from the wildlife right outside her front door. She also grew up with bite-case dogs in her home, and as she got older she worked with large 18-hand horses suffering from trauma.
In 2016, Jay started her professional career in the pet industry at a pet shop/spa, where she gained extensive pet nutritional knowledge including a focus in Chinese medicine. This is where she became a Certified Fear-Free Groomer, which got her interested in training. A behavioral trainer who noticed her unique grooming techniques asked to co-op. This eventually led to Jay owning her own grooming and training business before moving to Texas.
Jay specializes with behavioral cases and loves working with dogs who have an extensive bite history, to gain confidence and be more relaxed even when facing their triggers. Since moving to Texas, she's been working with a non-profit rescue as the kennel manager and a senior member of the behavioral team. Whether it’s reactivity and confidence building or learning the basics, Jay is eager to help you and your pup to thrive!
Meet HEATHER
Heather has been managing small businesses for over ten years now, and absolutely loves nerding out over website design, SEO, social media creation and digital marketing. So when her sister asked her to join The Cult as the Director of Details she couldn't say no, and she has loved every minute with your pups!
In her "spare time" she consults with other small businesses, working with them and their teams to grow and nurture their own businesses. ​When she's not consulting with a small businesses or managing Cultivated Canine, she's watching movies with her family or relaxing with a book.​​
Meet Penny

Penny is a dedicated K9 tracking dog with a passion for helping families reunite with their missing pets and loved ones. She is proudly KSTAR Certified, a designation that recognizes her advanced training and proven ability to "trail" and locate lost loved ones with precision and reliability.
​
Specializing in pet recovery, Penny uses her exceptional scent-detection skills to follow trails that are often invisible to humans. Her focus, stamina, and calm working style make her an invaluable partner in searches, whether tracking through neighborhoods, wooded areas, or open fields.
​
Beyond her professional work, Penny is known for her gentle temperament and loyalty, qualities that shine through both on and off duty. While she enjoys playtime and relaxation at home, Penny is always ready to put on her tracking gear and get to work, driven by the mission of bringing beloved pets back to the families who love them.
